The bulk of manufacturers produce three-layer diapers without diamond-shaped embossing. During use, the inner layer of such a diaper will crumple, the liquid is not distributed over the surface, but remains a puddle in one place.

Medmil company produces disposable cellulose and gel diapers. They consist of 5-6 layers, namely: spunbond, santar-hygienic paper, cellulose, superabsorbent (if the diaper is gel), santar-hygienic paper, polyethylene. Thanks to two layers of sanitary-hygienic paper, the inner layer of the diaper does not get into a ball during use. The presence of a diamond-shaped pattern allows the liquid to be evenly distributed over the surface.

Cellulose diaper is used as a litter. The gel diaper contains a superabsorbent that converts liquid into gel and allows the diaper surface to dry quickly. 

We produce diapers for the customer's TM. The minimum batch of 1 SKU is 1 pallet.

Packaging options: full-color LDPE bag; transparent bag with color liner.

The design is provided by the customer. After the release of the packaging, the production time of the order is 14-21 days from the date of receipt of the prepayment. 

Shipment from production is made by TC KIT, PEC, Business lines, Baikal-Service. In Moscow, we work with all available transport companies.
